  • Q Do your products pass any test?

    A Yes,our adjustable inline skate products pass EN13843:2009, quad roller skate products pass EN13899:2003, protective pads products pass EN14120:2003+A1:2007, helmet products pass EN1078:2012+A1:2012.

  • Q Are there any warranties for products and service and price?

    A
    Aiming at continuously offering customers complete competitiveness : Satisfactory quality + Perfect service+ Competitive price , product quality and service and price is guaranteed .
    For new customers: please kindly be our member :
    1) check new products,
    2 ) check our warranty clause ,
    3) quality standard,
    4) inspection procedures,
    For old customers: have different favorable policies depending on its rating .

  • Q Is there an quotation list of all products can offer?

    We know our products well, cost, process of production, quality, etc, the price range is reasonable and affordable ,which is guaranteed.
    With under list details, clear quotation will be ready ASAP and sent to you:
    a) product details (item number, material, specs, logo, colors, size, packaging,, etc)
    b) order quantity(quantity assortment for each size/model/design/color,,)
    c) order date and delivery date requirement,
    d) payment terms

    a) normal brands: MOQ for each model/size/design
    b) famous brands: need official license for producing and exporting,
    Procedure:
    Artwork designs and details ---- our computer designs for you to confirm----samples -------mass production
     

  • Q What’s the normal terms of payment and delivery date?

    A
    payment terms:
    for new customers:
    a) T/T , 30% deposit before mass production, balance against shipping document copies,
    b) 100% irrevocable L/C at sight
    For old customers: have different favorable policies depending on its rating .
    Delivery date (for reference only):
    Since deposit received and sample confirmed and PO signed:
    Inline skates: 45 days
    Skateboard: 60 days
    Helmet: 50 days
    Protective gears: 50 days
    Scooter and wave board: 50 days

  • Q Do you offer products in stock?

    A
    Normally, we make production to detailed orders,, and put emphasis on inventory control, so, we seldom have stocks to sell.
    If customer have a need of these products in stock,, we can also source .
    Advantage of products in stock:
    a) no MOQ, b) relatively lower price , c) ready for delivery at any time
    Disadvantage of products in stock:
    a) not newly-produced, may be some damage in packaging or products , b) size/model/style/color/logo/packaging/color may be fixed and not able to changed, c) no warranty for quality.
